Information we collect
The following personal information below is collected for membership registration, consultation, and service application.
(Name, date of birth, gender, login ID, password, phone number, mobile number, email, legal representative information, service use record, access log, access IP information, payment record)

Purpose of collection and use of personal information
Collected personal information is used for the provision of fee settlement contents according to service provision, purchase, payment, delivery of goods, or billing address according to the fulfillment of contracts of service providing and service provision. Also, personal information is used for personal identification, age verification, notice delivery, marketing and advertising utilization, access frequency identification, or statistics on members' service use according to the use of membership service.

Period of retention and use of personal information
After collecting and using personal information is achieved, the information is destroyed without delay and exception.

Personal information destruction procedure and method
The information entered through member sign-up is transferred to a separate DB (in the case of paper, a separate filing cabinet) and stored for a certain period of time according to internal policies and information protection reasons (refer to retention and use period) under other relevant laws, and then destroyed.
Personal information transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purpose other than retention unless otherwise required by law.
Personal information is deleted in electronic files using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.

Provision of personal information In principle, the user's personal information is not provided to the outside, but the following cases are exceptions.
— When the user has given prior consent
— When there is a request from the investigation agency under the provisions of the law or the procedures and methods set forth in the law for investigation.

BFD operates 'cookies' that frequently store and find users' information. A cookie is a tiny text file the server used to operate BFD's website sends to the user's browser. It is stored on the user's computer hard disk.
